The company didn’t have a helpdesk tool—everything happened via phone calls and WhatsApp, with no real service metrics. After evaluating options and leveraging my previous experience, we implemented Zendesk for both IT and Customer Service.

I built internal PHP tools such as a Digital Production Checklist (to track raw‑material losses), an Engineering Project Portal (internal project requests), and an HR Training Request Portal.

I led the migration from analog telephony to cloud telephony in record time—replacing handsets, adjusting cabling/network, configuring extensions/queues/routing rules, and implementing an IVR. I ran tests and validations to ensure a low‑impact transition and a significant gain in service stability.
